  1. I have been work for amazon for more thab 6 months and now for the past 2 months my routes are loaded with +280 parcels with +180stops. On raining days we have to load the shipments outdoor on the rain.
Amazon is giving 10hours optmized route witch you can never finish in 10 hours because it doesn’t count traffic issues, re-attempts and other issues out on road. If we follow Amazon procedures; knock customer doors if they not home go to neighbours3 houses to the left and 3 houses to the right and across the street to find a neighbour. Then leave a “miss you card” to the customer. with this amount of parcels we finish route around 14 hours if we follow that. And we get pay 90 pounds per route with maximum 3 parcels to come back to the station. After gets dark the job become even harder to find houses names or number. Still if customer make any complaint that they didn’t get the parcel we pay £10 for that. Leaving you with £80. Amazon never paid the real mileage driver spends out on route so you end up paying £5 to £10 pounds for fuel a day. Leaving you with £75 pounds. Also we are force to load the vans in 15 minuts witch is impossible. Putting you under pressure carrying very heavy trollies from the warehouse to the van. Slavering is the minimum I can say about this job. Also if you fail to come to work companies will charge £180 pounds for that day. Even if you sick. Also my company hire many illegal workers and treat them like shit because the don’t have the right to stay in the country, they are force to do and work whenever company wants to.
    This have to stop.
